Just found that you can delete the user and all its messages with one click from the ACP

^looks like only founders can change the administrator user groups. But that doesn't matter, the account has got full admin access luckily. I've just deleted all the spam users, the forum is finally clean (for now) :D I'm still undecided about what to do with registration. I'll take a look at the op...

And the account is administrator. I don't know how to change color to black but I added it to the global moderator group.
