Sometimes you fall asleep and wake up the next day, sometimes you wake up only 30 minutes after you sleep.

Then sometimes you fall asleep and wake up a couple years later. It feels like that.

Reboot into Safe Mode, Run Spybot S&D (or any reputable well known Anti-Virus/Malware software) and you should be good. Worse Case if its not that easy use a System Restore to before the problem has been known to exist.
