I don't mind about ranks, but they would be a nice addition. But we can't add everything old back, so many plugins wouldn't make any good

Yeah, the only thing I would change is the form of posting.

EDIT: and perhaps the lines between posts (that spacerbg.gif) are too dark and contrasting, they hurt my eyes a bit. But everything else is just fine

It's in User Control Panel -> Profile, and under profile click the option "Edit avatar" (it's in the right part, very near from where you click "Profile")
