As far we know, Basement locations are all generated, so what if they mimic the puzzles and structures of that of the Root? :P
could be
but I don't think so. It's only mastermind's intention, not submachine's.

The sad thing is, is that we didn't see much of what the root was.

There are 9 known Cipher plate cases that can hold two plates each, which makes 18. Since we input the coordinates as a pair (including 0) that would be 19x19-18 (The -18 is because would have two pairs of double numbers (excluding 0,0)) which would leave 343 consecutive locations minimum inside the root (If they all have a room built for them), which we have explored 6 of.

So (6/343)x100 means we would have explored only ~1.8% of the minimum amount of what size the Root could be. Which leaves a lot of room for notes to be found.

that could be... reserve plates?

I am not so sad we didn't explore Root section. Submachine is spaceless.

So everyone remembers the noise that the charger makes, right? So I was just looking at this TV show and then, randomly, at 27:01...

This is a cell in the Lancaster castle, and goddamnit if that isn't the exact same sound!

That's brilliant. Exactly the same. (To me at least)

Not only that, isn't the closing sound the one used in Sub6 somewhere?

The question now is: Did the program add a stock sound for effect OR is the stock sound recorded in Lancaster Castle?

If it's fake, it's very well integrated into the program.

Closing sound is also in Sub5, in symbol room.
