Welcome to the forum of language, linguistics and speech, where we can contemplate and discuss languages and studying languages! :ugeek:

Perhaps we could start from my personal favourite; favourite words?

I have become enamoured to words with the end -id. These include; tepid, fetid, lurid, putrid, stupid, arid, pellucid, vivid and timid.
