Remaining Seaweed, not Tumbleweed, Ascetic and Big Picture.
I will finish them after 1st term final exam.

Whew.

Well, I finished Slice of sea. Took me 18 hours total spread more or less evenly across the past ... slightly more than two months? I'm really not very good at puzzle games, but this was actually the first Submachine or Daymare town game I beat with no external clues or walkthrough, so I'm pretty happy. I did log my session in some detail, I should be able to post that ... soonish.

Hope you liked it.
How many achievements did you get so far?

Would like to see log of your game.

(giving you a huge respect for finishing it without any hints *thumbs up*)

Actually just five, including the three which seem as though they're guaranteed if you complete the game.

The logs turned out to be more disorganized than I thought, but I'll be able to get them in order eventually.

Back when Slice of Sea released, I initially was kinda put off by the amount of explicit references to Subnautica in the game, and generally thought that the amount of references Mateusz made to other works in Submachine and his other games was sorta awkward.

But then I realized Hideo Kojima throws a whole bunch of blatant references and tributes into his games (thinking about DS2 trailers specifically) and everyone loves him for it, because he fully embraces calling back to things he really likes and making it part of his own work and the stories he wants to tell. Now I'm not sure that I originally understood Mateusz and gave him the same fair treatment for it.

I never minded any references and tributes in any games by any author, as long as they don't make you feel the whole game hasn't any originality and is simply soulless copy.

Btw, in modern time, it's hard to make something new without referencing to other work. Even SUBCONSCIOUSLY you will make something based on someone's work.
