I may be using it a tiny little bit...
I can turn it off though, I just get really disconcerting adverts, which put me off work.

I'm not using it. I don't usually notice ads unless they start playing sound.

I have gotten used to the ads all the way since 2001 when I first used the internet for high-school-related project. Always will be, so there's no reason for me to use ad-block apps.
But I always had my pop-up-ad-block via browser's preferences because they're extremely distracting no matter where.
