If you have anything like that with the other Games it would be nice to add it in. If you don't...it will be a nice thinker to add new contents to the mix of the old.
That'd be nice, some locs and notes that don't interfere with the main plot, but add some more small bits of info about things like the Lab's workers, Mur's tests and such (kinda like the Sub32 game as an expansion of a Sub4 side-plot, but obviously much shorter and blended in the game).

Also DVan had a cool idea in FB, of giving the player extra cipher plate, so we can access some more new rooms :)

I don't understand only one thing: Why such questions about new things in games started since Sub5? What about Sub6-8? And what about Sub1-4?
Will Sub5 be only game with such addings, or in next HDs we will see the same?

Mateusz explains it in a comment in the pastelstories page:
but those graphics loose a bit when displayed in full screen. while in sub8 and sub7 it was not that apparent, because they were somewhat fresh, and in sub6 everything was so squeaky clean - here it starts to show a bit. I already pimped few machines and they do look better.
EDIT: so I guess (and hope) that Sub<5 and the side games also will get a revamp (possibly exceptuating Sub32 that already is very detailed).

Expand will be awesome but i can't pay. Just wondering that the info end on the Wiki and some rooms in SNEE.

EDIT: Did you plan expanding Sub6, Sub7 and Sub8?

EDIT2: New idea: Why not do you sell HD versions for $1.50 and then create EXTENDED versions for $2.50. Then we have "Sub5", "Sub5 HD" and "Sub5 ex". :P

The info will surely trickle into the wiki soon enough. We can't just not discuss the new data were it to present itself. You know us.

As for the different versions, I'm not sure what that would accomplish. If someone is prepared to pay $1,50 for a soundtrack and a polished game, then why wouldn't they be willing pay one dollar extra for new content? After all, for most it is either pay or not to pay, the market for people who have to carefully think on each one dollar purchase to ensure survival but still buy "luxury items" such as games is very, very narrow.

OK.
Then we have "Sub5", "Sub5 HD" and "Sub5 ex".
Do you mean three different versions?.. Sorry, but I think it is silly...
Just selling Sub5HD for 2.5/3$ is normal for me. But creating many excess versions...

1) I don't think there should be any problem with the enhancement of graphics – it only increases the quality rather than adds anything.

2) The addition of new rooms would be nice, but for those who are not able to purchase it may find it unfair. It is for this reason that I wouldn't advise the addition on notes that would expand the plot (for those who would like that, maybe putting them in SNEE?).
