Nah, I don't let me beard to grow to much, I just shave when I feel like it needs to be shaved, but not that I keep my face out of hair.

I use an electric shaver, but only when my beard's not too tall. Otherwise, it hurts more than shaves.

Which is kind of how I'm currently standing: I should really have shaved a week ago but now I'm just like "screw it" so I'll keep a tighter beard 'till next year begins and then have a razor at it

I sort of look elegant with a beard, actually. And studies indicate that people tend to trust and look forward to men WITH beards than men WITHOUT beards. Apparently, the facial hair aspect gives an air of experience, intelligence and reliability!

Meh, I think it depends on the person. It'll take forever for me to grow a beard, I haven't shaved in weeks and all I have are some scraggly hairs on my chin.
