No way are these two different photos with just switched heads. There are too many identical details. Look at the poses of the girls, especially their hands. You can't replicate someone else's pose like that.

Of course there are some differences, because you had to fill in the background after removing the fat. For example the mirror behind the girl on the left had to be changed.

BTW, Why would you change the mirror, if these are just two different photos with 'shopped heads?
