Good point. I guess it's not so important to know whether or not it's a definite answer that SNEE transverses all Layers, but it certainly is confusing :P

Indeed. I vaguely recall Gem implying all sorts of things Mateusz supposedly implied in the conversations between them (something about taking stuff from different dimensions?), but since none of that is verifiable, I'm reluctant to take it at face value. Not that I distrust Gem per se, but he did not include direct and full quotations, which leaves the reader - a case in point: me - without the actual context of the conversation and in the mercy of Gem's own possible misunderstandings.

Very true. Even if we did have Gem's actual conversations, I'm not sure if Mateusz "swore him to secrecy" or something to that accord, thus Gem can pull a rabbit out of his hat just to mislead us and not spoil anything Mateusz may have told him (just as an example, not that Gem would do that.)

I'd say unless Mateusz willingly (or unwillingly, whichever :P) decides to tell us, then so be it.

Well, we can easily forget what he told us then...

Looks like my skepticism was warranted.

Well on this specific occasion it seems he told us that you said that all of SNEE is not on one layer.

I can't remember as of right now, but he used to say that you and him would have conversations about the plot that you haven't told us yet, and he would drop a hint. For example:
(Gemini; I asked the author about this. He said perhaps when Murtaugh used the portal he traveled in time. Very likely)
This is in Theory Voting for VoxProximity's "Mur's temporary HQ" theory on the Wiki.
