Do you mean that mistake Mateusz made once? Yeah!

I also remember those times he used to say "Subamchine" instead of Submachine.

This is probably an appropriate link, given the thread. :D

I feel like one reason the "atmosphere" of this community is so special is because of how calm it is. There's no constant posting, a lot of the time nobody's on at all. No chat function, you chat in threads, so you have to wait a few minutes for a response. Really just being here always felt like a warm bath. Don't get me wrong, I like Tumblr and Reddit and so forth, but the constant stream of new content feels like a chore at times.

(Since I haven't been around since about 2011 y'all are free to correct me, but it looks like little has changed. You new users have done the forum well.)

It's not so strange, after all, little has changed with the recruitment process. Submachine, being responsible for most of the membership, takes some certain personality traits to enjoy, seemingly ones that benefit a forum.
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss, if the old boss had been an octahedron, which they weren't.

Well, technicaly after Spamageddon 2013, the recruitment progress was halted, but later became indirect and Mateusz had to register individualy anyone who requested him via e-mail. That ended after the 3rd Great Migration.

Yeah and back on the bbpress forum we could add images to our signatures, and I had that as my signature until Mateusz said to take it off. I wish there was still an image of that... Just so lulzy.

So you were the one that caused Mateusz to add rule of no image in signature?

That's interesting, considering that Bender caused creation of the Anti-Mateusz meme rule.
