Awesome! :D

Now comes the hard part: filling them with content. New locations will be easier to complete, I think.

Proposal to renovate the Items and Objects page and its corresponding pages.

My idea would be to use the page as a hub page for the corresponding pages, doing away with its current format. How?

Image

Basically any items that have a continued role in the games should be placed into boxes such as this, when the image is clicked, it takes you to the corresponding page. For example, Valve will take you to the Valve page where you can read about the item, and see which games it appears in.

Items that have no continued usage such as the beaker in Submachine 4, would be placed outside the image boxes portion, underneath the image boxes, and simple text lines

Beaker
Description
Appearance

I think this would make the page less cluttered and more organized. I saw Isobel mention that there was nothing on the stone cubes used in Submachine Universe when there should be at least a description for them, as well since one appears in Submachine 10.

I think you're going to have to explain it a bit more for me to understand it.

How would you let people know which games the valve appears in, for example? With this box, one would know that it appears multiple times, but not which games unless they actually went to the valve page.

Hmm, how about we have a set of checkboxes above the table, so that we can select or deselect each game and the box shows the corresponding items? Like a tabber but allowing for multiple selections (can we even do that? XD)

I don't know, I kinda like Anonymous's proposal. It would do away with having to show the same item several times.

EDIT: or just a tabber with one section for each game and an extra one for all of them.

So basically what, we make a big table of everything that appears at least once (and how is that organized, alphabetically? By first appearance?) and then for the other items, we just list them below? and are these divided by game too?

I'm confused.

Vortex, there is an option to make an entire page a tabber, and we can select and deselect the tabs so that you're only seeing the items from one game on the page at a time. The FNAF wiki uses this on their character pages to describe how the animatronics change from game to game.

We could sort them by number of appearances, and alphabetically in case of a tie. I think it's better if it's one big table with every item from every game in it.

If we have selected items from only one game, it can show the number of items beside the name, like "Fuse (4)", when only Submachine 1 is selected.

I don't know how descriptions would fit into this though.
