Time zones are a pain, aren't they? Why can't all of humanity fit itself in a two-hour spectrum?

Actually, time zones standardise time, without it, every different town or city would have its own time.
We should be blaming the earth being round.

Or blame gravity for making it round

If there were no gravity, there wouldn't be an earth in the first place.
