Its Fictional, the story being part of a Game called SCP Containment Breach.
The thing I found interesting was that when I look at the photograph of the Painting shown in the link, the gray canvas was shaping into something I was seeing from the results of my eyes and brain forming something from the brush strokes.

The thing about each person seeing something different by that much detail is far fetch, but the thing that was so cool was the fact I was seeing something form from the brush strokes of the painting in the picture.

Abacus saw something in the brush stokes of the painting, I still don't know what I am seeing. But that is what I found to be so Awesome.

I found it cool.

I think not, I have seen that pic somewhere, it's some place in China if I remember well.

Well, the name of the image is "Zhangye-Danxia-Landform-01.jpg" and if you search the name you will find similar pictures. I thought it was Photoshopped at first as well, but now not so much...

It's real, and it is here.

Reminds me a lot of Badlands in the Dakotas, but not as insanely colorful.

I would like to go there sometime :O
