The world can just F#$% itself for all I care.

I hate Welding Class. I am so behind I have yet to actually weld two separate pieces of metal, all while wearing uncomfortable "Safety" Coat, clunky gloves, darkening visor helmet that is useless if my booth is underneath a ceiling light which causes a reflection in my helmet that makes it harder to aim.

"Get your own Gloves" the Teacher says, "There 10 bucks" he says. Yeah, like I'm going to buy something I am only going to use for this class then never use again after its over. I'm no compulsive buyer. I left that trade after I got my first paycheck. He might as well tell me to buy a welding helpmate with an adjuster, and my own "Safety Coat" while he is at it. It cost 60 bucks for a new pair of cotton fiber steal toe shoes.

I slept in last Wednesday on purpose to miss that Class, cause I don't care for that bullshit.
Moreover, I left a written confession about this for the Teacher.

WIQ, why are you on that class in the first place?

I can imagine that's annoying is you don't care for it. It's really not worth getting that upset about, though.

I don't think buying gloves for a required class would be considered compulsive buying
