When you say cramps, do you mean like a heartburn, but instead of your heart region, its down your esophagus walls?

Or is it as if your muscles under your chest, and the organs under that as well simple feel like they are being pinch by 1,000 tiny hands all at once?

In my case, if I stare at these images for a while I start to get itchy, but other than that I don't feel anything in particular.

I'm just an stupid fish that gets hooked all over again.
I don't want to show anger. I deserve my pain, and I have no reasons to damage anyone. I surrender,

Yes, because it's basically an artery exploding in your brain, like a stroke but more random.
Also, no one seems to be aware of the symptoms.

Because there are none. Its instant death. Also a stroke is caused by blocked blood vessels to your brain. A stroke has symptoms, much like a heart attack. But when a vessel explodes, ah well, call the coroner.

Usually it's instant death. There was a girl in my 5th grade class who had an aneurysm, and she didn't die, but she became severely disabled. She came back to school two years ago on a walker. It was sad :(
