No!
The prison i was talking is not the one under the lighthouse. That one is part of the core/root submachine.
The prison submachine is the one of Submachine: FLF.
It was before a mansion, but when the defense system has been created, the sub-bots and the subnet self transformed it on a prison, where the humans founded by sub-bots are prisoned.
All this is just an idea, it isn't exist none note about this submachine.
Side note: I wonder if it was Henry O'Toole's mansion.

He changed it because the band didn't like that. I'd assume the morgue went right with it, to the depth of forgotten ideas.

Regardless, FLF has little to nothing to do with the main plotline.

While the Medieval Dungeon/Lighthouse is in The Core...where did you come up with that?

It was?
Perhaps it wasn't a morgue, or storage. Perhaps it was a morgage!
"While the Medieval Dungeon/Lighthouse is in The Core...where did you come up with that?"
Um...yeah?

The medieval dungeon is in the halfway core/root. As well as the tunnels are in the halfway ancient sub/edge.
The limits of the diferent submachines are relative.

In the deep of the submachine.
