urrghh, I hate having super sensitive skin. Something is getting my skin all irritated and itchy all the time now, and it sucks.

I have to participate in this "road run" organised by the school. I went for the practices,and it's exhausting,and afterwards,it feels like I ran out of water in my body,and all the mucus in my nose and throat would make me feel terrible for about 5 minutes,altough after that I would be meh.
