Hmmm, I think those
sewing machines could be:
-simply a scary effect (as we are accustomed to rather slow movements in the Submachine games, the fast movement of the
sewing machines is pretty unexpected)
-in room 258: A reference to the karma portal above. The
sewing machine looks pretty much like the lizard beside it. Plus,
"sewing" sounds like
"sewers" (man, that would be punny

).

As far as the lamps go, I noticed them properly too yesterday when I did a playthrough....I'm not sure.

about 837, that's probably because some textures were incompatible with a rescalable HD version.

Finally, I completed.
phew...
I have ideas about purpose of those two devices and two videos... time will show the truth
