Does anyone know of a way where I can actually fix that directly when it happens, or is waiting the only solution?

Try a different browser, that hasn't happened to me on Chrome.

It looks like that webpage failed to load the css file, it happens to me sometimes too (usually because of Internet connection not working properly), most of the times refreshing the page solves the problem.

My church pastor(a new one) says "awesome" is a swear word.
