It reminds me of Zermatt
Balance is imperative; without it, total collapse and destruction is imminent.

Re: Awesome pictures
Okay, so I'll upload my tank some time later, right now, I want to tell an interesting story that is all true.
So, I've had this idea for a robotic tank in my head for over 2 year. And I finally got around to building it out of a combination of legos, mega bloks, and some K-REO.
Recently, in the call of duty advance warfare, i found a tank just like mine. it has a 4x4 independent suspension system, and the treads can rotate on an axial. but This one can bend it all the way to 90 degree, dubbing it the Spider Tank.

What is most interesting is that I took no inspiration from this image, more like they took the inspiration from me.
So, i'lll upload the model i have tomorrow when there is better lighting.

Re: Awesome pictures
Cool, you built a tank like that out of lego?
Strange that you didn't know that design already existed, it also looks similar to this:

Is this my final form?

But, no offense, I don't count bionicals or Hero Factory as legos.

Re: Awesome pictures
Okay, here it is, my Lego tank.
Here the driver pioleting it from the remote control

Now here is a close up of the drive, and two military personnel. I made this for a display case at the library I work at.

Right hand side of the tank. You can see the right hand side cannons, as well as the mortar launcher on top of the front tread. The ammo can be switch out automatically to work either as grenades, or smoke bombs to clear out a building.

Front view of the tank. You can see the mortar cannons again, as well as the 50 mm cannons on the front. On the left side of the main turret is a hybrid between an EMP and a Taser. So in case the enemy is holding hostage at gun point, the Taser can take them out with harming the hostages.

The main turret can rotate a full 360 degrees, in both tank and robotic mode. A more detail shot of the EMP/Taser hybrid.

Top view of the Tank, with the main gunner hatch in view as well.

Now this is the cool part, the Robotic mod. The Treads can only rotate between 30 to 60 degrees, but the treads can still have traction on the ground.

Close up of the Tank in Robotic mod, each tread has an independent suspension system, as well as independent hydraulics system as well.

Front view of the Tank in robotic mode. The Mortal Cannons can still be rotated to be small cannon fire in robotic mode, when the 50 mm cannons are offline.

Front view of the Tank in Robotic mode, with the main turret still having fully 360 degree rotation.

Front view of the pilot and military personal.

The pilot and the grand robot tank remote control.

The gunner and driver hatch opened. They have a special lock on the hatches that prevent the enemy from being able to steal the tank while its in remote control mode.

One last front view with the Mortar cannons in the firing position.

Also, if you want to know where I got the parts for this, it started out as a Halo UNSC Rhino tank. And I took off the 4th and 5th treads from the side. And replace the cruddy rubber treads with actual plastic Lego treads on all 4 treads.
