What a plot twist in Sub10 would it be if we find out that the lab was connected to the lighthouse all along and the whole "buried" thing may have happened, but years after Murtaugh came to his senses, they dug the lighthouse out.

It's an odd thing for a Lab to be situated next to the Lighthouse. Plus there's some funky things going on with that Lighthouse, and adding 001 to the vicinity of coordinates 461 and 304, which are already looking screwy, doesn't help the confusion :p
