Do I have to be an admin to see who exactly visited the Wiki? I still don't see on Bloodhit's link when Mateusz visited the Wiki, unless it was a joke.

No, you can't see who exactly visited the wiki.... that is private information, nobody can see the IP of people that haven't contributed.
