And I watched Kill Bill for my 18th birthday, as I wanted to be a special snowflake and watch an r rated movie. I was impressed by the superb Tarantino tricks, but puzzled by the fight scenes at the end: They were so crazy and over the top that I laughed my ass off (I mean, it's one woman battling 100 sword fighters and magically jumping up walls), but then I read those were "some of the best choreographed fight scenes ever" and "a bow to classic martial arts movies". Soo... it wasn't a parody?!

Yesterday I saw Murnau's Nosferatu. Two months ago I saw his Faust. There's just something about those silent movies that makes me all excited, most likely the simple, yet amazing special effects. I shall certainly delve deeper into the world of silent cinema.

Hands down *hand smacks table* one of the good ones.
Now, here a funny genetics joke. When I was between 3 and 6 years old, I was a "Mary Kate and Ashly" kid. My Dad's always made fun at me about it. But when I found out he watch the Patty Duke Show (Old Black and White TV Show) I had the ammo to hit back.
