It would appear Mateusz has decided not to install better spam protection, and instead make registration manual. I'd say that's almost as bad, especially with the line about including a "reason" in the mail. Oh well, better than nothing, I suppose. But I sincerely hope he re-enables the automated system by the release of 9.
