He's probably memorised them – a simple skim through would be enough to review the contents of the notes.

I'm not reading notes, because they are stored in my head. XD
I just collect all items, secrets, notes, and uses it everywhere I can. When I enter new room, I know where mouse cursor should be, even before game loads new screen of room! :P
Thus, I complete every game x32 VERY FAST.
But. It was long time ago.... Now THESE STUPID LAGS don't allow me to do it fast. THEY DON'T ALLOW ME TO ENJOY SUBMACHINE!!!
HIDEN: STUPID FUK'N FLASHPLAYER!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU???
phew...
AND LET'S CLOSE OFFTOP. :)

There are a lot of hidden SNEE and other SubNet Location hidden in this map.
List what you can find as well as the other Hidden stuff I created and put in the Map.
When you find a location.
You can't just tell me what room it is.
You have to tell me what it is on the outside in detail.

You got 304, 462, 888, Right.
888 is not visible on the outside, all it is a spot in a tall grass area where tall grass will not grow. You can enter it if you walk in the right way into the area where the tall grass does not grow. But you end up stuck in it until the HyperCube Expires.
There is no 100, or 500.
But you got to tell me the details of what it is on the outside.
There were also other location where I didn't put the Coordinates on the map.
And what was the Coordinates on Google Maps?
Details!
Details!
Also, Wisdom Gem is not a location, just a doodle.

Since for some reason I got on everyone bad side, I will just tell you the Answers.
000
001
Is the Lab, is in an abandon state with overgrowth of plants all in its perimeter. But it only goes as far as the Rip it is in.
232 is a dry trench that was created when water from the Kent falls use to eroded solid stone.
What I would have told you if you answered right was:
The Trench itself then drifted into the Submachine, and is now a rip between the Submachine, and the Earth. If you fall into the Trench, you end up in the Submachine. The Portal, notes, and screen are not visible from the top of the Trench. It is where Murtaugh had his accident and lost his left arm when he accidentally fell into the trench.
987 Use to be a small building in that small mountain.
What I would have told you when you answered was:
But then an earthquake happen, and the dirt on the top of the mountain crush most of the building, and the remaining rest drifted into the SubNet and became 987. The Broken Clock and the box was the only object that made it through the Drifted. But the Clock was damage from the result of the landslide.
ptl is the small shack that is used for an exit at the End of Portal 2.
One of the other location that does not have a coordinates, but is in SNEE is the Line Pattern at the bottom right corner of the page. It is the Nazca Water Lines, at least one created in a Rip from the Submachine.
The only other thing is the Castle built around the same time as the Kent Dungeon, but its fading. Its around the same area as the Nazca Water Lines.
