Ok, let's go to off-topic thread. We're clogging up this thread.

So why does CF4 has so much Submachine things, useless strange pictures, notes? Karol wrote story, he is also creator of this game series - does it mean that he allowed to include all this Submachine elements into the game? Why?

That's probably the answer in a nutshell: CF4/Karol was merely tributing Submachine (i.e. Mateusz's work), there's no big secret behind it.

And that being said, such as Sub0, FLF and 32Chambers have no effect on the main storyline, neither does CF4.

And I can tell all that just from a Captain Picard Facepalm.

Karol didn't tribute anything. Karol just created the MAIN STORYLINE for this series, I created the puzzles as well as the easter eggs.

So they were only easter eggs
