Oh, that makes more sense. The way I saw it, he made the Music Video, but didn't intend for it to be famous whatsoever, even just in South Korea. I'm sure there are singers out there who don't like hearing their song on every single TV Show, but at least it gives them room to make a second #1 Hit, even though it might be impossible for him to mimic the success of "Gangnam Style."
