I have a weight problem as well, World. Yeah, it's not something I'm proud of myself - But, I know if I keep a positive train of thought I can cut the pounds and make it back to where I want to be. I wanna get back to the weight I was when I was in my junior year of high school and I have a long waaay to go.
If I can lose weight, you can too. If you need an internet buddy to help encourage you along the way, I can be that person.

He was talking about obesity? I thought he was talking about how his parents want him to look, but not feel happy.

I wasn't talking about weight at all, exercise is proven to have a positive impact on mood.

But my problem is I don't find any kind of Sports fun. The Baja, but just for the engineering.

Excercise doesn't necessarily equate to sports. Golf is a sport, for instance, but has little excercise in it save for walking around on fields, while most don't think dancing is a sport while it is basically a bunch of excercise. I can see how you might be discontent with my answer, but I haven't got a better one to give.

Try cycling.Great way to get a scenic view of wherever you live, plus, you get to think by yourself without people bothering you, assuming they care about your safety.
