guess who's back
if any of you guys are wondering where i was, well we left for Christmas vacation and got back a day before school started. so I was busy getting ready for school. and then school started and there was way to much. it turns out that i had signed up for two more classes (because the past semester didn't really feel challenging) but my mom also signed me up for three more classes (for basically the same reason) and so i was completely overwhelmed with school. but today three of my classes ended and its the weekend and also spring break. so i actually have time.
anything on the forum that i really need to check out?
edit: i also have to go play submachine 9.
edit 2:i haven't played submachine in forever. it gives me the chillies

Sub 9 gave me this uttermost feeling of...well, what was it?
When I came upon the tombs, there was this sense of, "oh...good Lord, what happened here?"
There was a mix of horror, slight despair, but a lot of the same old Submachine mystery to it...just darker.
Anyone else had that?

Yes, it started off with a peaceful atmosphere that just became darker the deeper you went. I found that the transition was so subtle you can't even notice it.
Out of curiosity, does anyone have any idea of what Mateusz is (or will be) working on? Is it expansion of the Subnet? That was second item listed on the wrap-up...

it did feel darker than the other ones. most of the others just felt really mysterious. not really dark. i'm not sure if i like the darkness yet.
as for what mateusz will do next, i'm guessing not anything daymaretown or submachine. Maybe he'll do something new or continue something old (like morbid or covert front)

I don't even know...
I DID freaked out was when I exited sewers to screen with
Mur's tomb and creepy sound from Sub2 suddenly appeared again (thanks to Mateusz for that! :3).
At that time, I understood I will find something very important there. And when I entered the tomb and opened coffin...
But no. Sub9 game isn't like Lighthouse, Loop and Lab.
Different level. No, not level.
Different direction.
It is hard to explain...
But again: It is my favorite game along with Sub1, Sub2 and Sub4. Because of plot and a
tmosphere.

From FB:
I have a big-time question for you: What are you going to do when MochiMedia shuts down? Psionic Games is already in slight trouble because of this.
Mateusz Skutnik wrote:actually I'll be writing a blog entry on this. But short answer: I'm indestructible. I'll be fine without mochi. The failure of sponsor-based flash games economy was a bigger hit and I'm still here.
Glad to hear that.
(BTW, when I said about comment of one flashgames developer, I meant Si.
Yeah, that's small world.)
But there is question: should I start to study flash?
