Best dry season so far, no crazy downpours but sunny sky, but also a lot of clouds so the sun doesn't burn you, and occasional short showers with no lightning.

Thunder Storm last night.

At about 5:02 pm, after getting some McDonald, the storm from was just near, but in town the sun still shown. Whereas my neighborhood had the dark clouds. And as I'm driving down the street, I see a lighting bolt. Its weir to see one about half a mile in front of you, while there is sunshine directly behind you.

GUSTS TO 70 MPH / 110 KPH FOLLOWED BY HAIL TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER. THERE IS A
LOW CHANCE FOR TORNADOES AND SLIGHTLY LARGER HAIL TO GOLF BALL SIZE.
THE PRIMARY THREAT WILL BETWEEN 4 PM AND 8 PM.

FOR TONIGHT, SIGNIFICANT WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH / 110 KPH, HAIL TO GOLF BALL
SIZE, FLOODING RAIN AND ISOLATED TORNADOES ARE POSSIBLE. THE TIME OF
GREATEST ACTIVITY LOOKS TO BE NEAR OR JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT.

DISPATCHERS PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR EMERGENCY MANAGERS IMMEDIATELY. SPOTTER
ACTIVATION IS LIKELY.
