I did some research on the study program I applied to: approximately 150 apply, but only around 25 get in each year. So roughly 1 in 6 makes it.
Now I need to get a new photo for my student ID card. I already went to the optician to check my colour vision and stereo vision (I must be able to use a microscope properly). I also need to confirm that I will start studying, and attach copies of my old report cards and diplomas.
I'll start studying already in August. They have the timetables made up for us, yay (I'm used to figuring those out myself). This also means I don't get to choose my courses that much, 90% of the courses are fixed.
