Anyone every hammered their initials on a single piece of metal?
How easy is it to write left to right, while having the coined letter nail in the left hand, and the heavy one soiled piece of metal hammer in the right hand?

I haven't done that myself, but if I were you, I'd hold the hammer with my left hand, and the nail with my right hand, because my left hand is steadier and less likely to miss.

I to can do that, I am working in a machine shop, and I do that to put my initials on my class projects.
