calculator, you multiply 365 by the number of (ordinary) years that have passed (counting leap days, etc.), and divide by 32, group the quotient in years and months, and the remainder is the day number

Well, then... I will use the time machine to kill the inventor of the time lock before he invents it

Whoever invented it is obviously not stupid. And probably intelligent enough to time-lock all events in history vital to his coming into existence.
Besides, any such attempt by you has already happened(the definition of anything " In the past"), but evidently failed one way or another in any scenario where the time lock exists.
