Huzzah! I managed to successfully restore my PC to it's factory default!

There is a way to remove that. You uninstall the update that placed it there and set Windows Update to ignore it.

I think I'm going to allow it to auto-update to 10 on my laptop, my desktop will remain 7 for the time being. But, I'm going to get 7 Ultimate for my desktop so it can be a bit better than just "Home Premium".
