I noticed that my previous avatar resembled the light of a blue LED, so I looked for the colors in Google Images and created it (in a vector program, it's a very basic circular gradient mesh with a cloud texture layer over it).

Yes, it did seem simple enough to be made on a vector although I couldn't be certain because of that cloud texture
It looks a bit like ENIHCAMBUS' avatar though...
