So the nefrologe diagnosed me proteinuria, this means that I have more proteins in my urine tan normal.
Because of this, I have to take a regime where I have to replace proteins with carbohydrates.

This means that I have to eat less:
Meats of any kind.
Dairies, specialy cheeses.
Nuts.
Soy.
Mushrooms.

And then eat more of these:
Fruits
Vegetables
Soup
Cereals
Pasta
Bread
Cookies
Candies
Chocolate
Jelly & jams
