It works on my art program but not when I upload it.

I can't ignore it, because it makes it look better actualy, like if the whole thing starts to glitch before the crash!

I didn't notice anything that seemed out of place either.

the reason it "glitches" like that is because of the way animated gifs work. each frame of the gif appears above the others, without clearing each other, so the clear bits of the frame look like they were before.

if you want that part to look the same as before you'd need to make the clear bits opaque, like white or something.
