Who admin on other wikies, add this to MediaWiki:Common.js, it will add nice Back To Top Button, could be useful

Well, when you want to add it in to an article, what do you type?

E.g

For the template username.

Error 3113 is a member of the SubWiki, he triggered a voting season non-autorized by admin. Just that.

You mean add back to the top button? It's no the template, it's should be in the MediaWiki:Common.js, and it will appear on every single article on the wiki when you scroll to the bottom of the page.
