I set up the Skype group to try to revitalize past groups I've heard about where we would talk Submachine and anything else that came into our heads while one of us had one of the games up on the screen. But not much of the forum is really consistently around, and we're all spread out across time zones. So I'm thinking of disbanding it.

As for your requested graph, I made a post awhile back with similar-ish stats:

I can't find the damn thing, but it was a bar graph with red bars. I know that much. And it was an attachment :/

Also, I made a comment on Animusic 3's Kickstarter and used one of Mateusz's quotes, I feel proud.
me wrote:"Again we have lost our money people" - Not if it's on the back burner. It's not off the stove.
Plus, if this is true (which it should be, considering the original quote is on Animusic's Company History page) then we should be happy that we know Animusic is alive and well, and not trapped under a fallen tree or whatever.
Also, is it really that surprising that they haven't been working on A3 this whole time? They've mentioned the Japanese release and the Blu-Ray before. We knew it was in the plans.
The bigger thing here is this: they're artists. Artists don't always work on one project at a time. Game architect and comic book maker Mateusz Skutnik said this:
"Through the years I learned that it’s kind of dangerous to have only one project open at any given time – if you hit a writers block on it – you’re stuck. But if you have two or even more projects at once – you can jump from one to another, and ride the wave of creativity as long as you physically can."
So it should really be no surprise that Animusic doesn't have side projects to relieve the stress of this huge project. And just because A3 isn't being necessarily being focused on the here and now doesn't mean the funds are gone.
I try not to have to defend the positivity of this site, but as someone who cares for the project's well being and tries to support it instead of run it into the ground, I find it hard to stand by and watch it get attacked.
