I don't think it'll be only 50 rooms. Mateusz is making kinda slow progress even when he says he's working many hours per day.

My prediction: Between 200 and 275 rooms.

It might be more like 200 rooms instead of closer to 300, 275, or even 250 rooms.

It's still insanely huge even when you take Sub_9 into account. That game is already gigantic despite it's somewhat linear nature.

I think between 150 and 200. That will be bigger tan Sub9, but not insanely big.
