Trying to figure out what this big red lump on my ear is. Its right at the bottom, usually where one would put earrings at. Thing is, I don't wear earrings, never have. I noticed it a few nights ago, it swelled up, was burning, made it uncomfortable to sleep on my left side, now its not in pain, doesn't burn, unless I poke it, I can sleep fine on that side. The swelling hasn't gone down, at least not that I've noticed. Feels a bit squishy at times, sometimes its hard.

Some say its a pimple, I can't find the head if it is a pimple, I think it might be a cyst...

I called the doctor yesterday, but their office was closed for some stupid reason. I'll try again today. It might be a pimple, a really stubborn one, but hell, I've never had it on an ear before and I just still want to get it checked out. Better safe than sorry.

Could also be just an undeveloped, subdermal one... Had that on my forehead once, it grew under the skin until I looked like a fluffy unicorn for a while
