Wish to understand a fraction of my mind in my infant years?
This was one of the main influence in my life.

Yes. This book was the best. I'm so glad I decided to trust the cover when I saw it in my middle school library.

Reading Arthur C. Clarke trilogy of Rama.
I'm already far ahead into the "Gardens of Rama" chapter.

I finished Rama a long time ago.
It ended well. Or as well as can be.

This current book, "The Cat who walk through Walls."
Let me site a passage from the book. Its from one woman called 'Hazel' speaking to a man called 'Richard'.
"Richard, will we have time today to go out to the Authority Complex?"
"Perhaps. Why?"
"To find Adam Selene."
"Is he buried there?"
"That is something I must try to find out. Richard, is your believer in good shape?"
"It's overstrained. Several years at a right angles indeed! Want to buy a space warp?"
"Thank you; I have one. In my Purse. Those extra years are just a matter in geometry, my husband. If you are wedded to the conventional picture of space time with just one time axis, then of course you find it hard to understand. But there are at least 3 time axis is as there are at least three space axes...and I lived those extra years on other axes. All clear?"
Awhile ago I ask Mateusz Skutnik if he read this book before. At the time I only knew the title and not the contents.
Now I know why I ask him that question.

Edit: Finish
Just finish the book. It was good. I would recommend this to any Submachine fan. The story structure for the first 2 acts run along a story line similar to The 39 Steps. (As in the main protagonists is always on the run.) And the 3rd act is a bit more difficult; that is if you don't understand the basic of the 8 Layers in Submachine. While the ending is similar to Submachine 5. Its ends up in the open as to 'What happens to them', is left up in the air. I find it to be a polar opposite to the story in the Submachine. As in if you believe my interpretation for the Black Dossier Theory. That the Submachine starts at the beginning of time and works out; while the Cat who walks through walls takes place at the end of time towards the past.

It also has a Murtuagh, Mateusz, and Elizabeth character types. As well as Einstein. Only in this case He/she is named 'Pixel' and he/she says 'blert' instead of Meow. The Murtuagh character is missing a leg instead of an arm. And Elizabeth type being she knows 'more' of whats going on. While Mateusz being Robert A. Heinlein.

I read "Annihilation" by Jeff VanderMeer and it really reminded me of Submachine, as well as the Andrei Tarkovsky film "Stalker".

It is about a mysterious, mostly uncharted "Area X" that got its fair share of human exploration cycles- but the researchers never come back. At least not mentally.
Annihilation follows the twelfth exploration team.
There's surreal and lovecraftian happenings and illusions, a creepy abandonned lighthouse, left-behind traces of violence and weaponry against an unknown enemy, and plenty of thoughts about humanity and nature.

I love this book. Some critics are annoyed by how many secrets and few answers it gives you, but I thought that's awesome.
The net is vast and infinite
