I know this might not last long for a thread, but there no place to put scary stories to tell around the camp fire. So I created this thread for just that.

So the rules are simple, you can link the video telling the story, or post the whole text of the story in your post.

I don't have a good story here... But you could play some classic horror games:

Amnesia: The Dark Descent / A Machine for Pigs
Resident Evil 1 or 4
Dead Space

There also been a few more added as well.

Outlast/Outlast Whistle blower - Its like amnesia, you can only hide and run.
Aliens Isolation - Defiantly brings back the Horror Aspect to the Creature.
Corpse Party - Warning, Anime and Gory as Hell, not kidding.

While Outlast is definitely popular, I have no interests in it.

I watched the entire playthrough of Alien: Isolation... holy damn, that was terrifying and pretty damn faithful to the first two films.

Outlast is the best. XO

Also I can add some games and stories:
- Penumbra 1,2,3,4 (Overture, Black Plague, Requiem, Necrologue). Last one will be released today, made by Russian guys. :D
- Curse of Blackwater
- Cry of Fear
- Grey
- Cursed forest
- Condemned 1,2
- White chamber
- Ruby quest
- A'LLUKIN (only chapters 1-4)
- Submachine 2: The Lighthouse (and its early sketch) O_O

Alien: Isolation

Yeah, I watched full let's play as well in these last days. And I was scared.

Another good series of horror games is the 'sleep' series; Deep Sleep, Deeper Sleep, and Deepest Sleep. Also, they're free and flash(?) based, so there's no reason not to check them out if you have a few minutes to spare.

So to a good Youtube walkthrough channel, as soon as the game is release, they already have a full walkthrough professional, no commentary etc.
