• They say the loop has neither beginning nor end. You don't believe them. You die.
• You wake up in a room. You have to escape. You don't want to escape.
• You find a strange metal plate with engraved symbols on a red brick wall. The symbols look familiar, but you don't know where you've seen them before. There's no explanation. You continue on your quest and soon forget about them.

heh, only today I remembered this thread exists and wanted to post here. :D

------------------------

You found yourself in some basement. You thought you just drunk too much.

But some cubes...

They're levitating.

------------------------

You read the note.

You should listen to this man. His words can explalain you your current situation.

You just think he's insane.

-------------------------

You turned on the electricity.

You put a spoon before pulling three levers.

You know you're f***ed.

-------------------------

You exited submachine and walked on grass.

But you can't feel touch of the wind.

And you can hear you make metal steps.

-------------------------

You remember you didn't wake up.

But at the same time you remember you had a strange dream...

You realize you're insane.

-------------------------

You want to turn off this nervous music of fake freedom.

BUT WHEN YOU LOWER DOWN RECORDER FROM MUSIC CYLINDER...

...

-------------------------

You lifted up to first level of the lighthouse. You can see sand in broken windows.

You lift higher. Fresh air from window doesn't meet you. Only more sand.

You lifted right to the top of the building, right to big lamp... You are tired. You sit right on the sand.

------------------------

to be continued

  • You read that subbots fix things in the Subnet. You see many broken things that need fixing. You fear you're one of them.
  • You land on a roof. You break into the attic. The attic door was locked from the inside. You don't stop to consider the implications.
  • The Ship Exploration Team died. You tell yourself the subbots took their bodies. You wouldn't want to know what else is out there.

• You find a pile of skulls in a room. There are no bodies. You hope you never find them.
• You don't know how often you've been here already. Some things you remember. You hope to forget.

 when I read this, I thought you would end this with something like "You took all items inside the Lab. you realize you broke the law and robed the house. You sit on single good chair and started to wait for RoboSubCop."

There's always someone right beside you, just one sublayer away. You find that comforting. You want that to be comforting.
