God TheoryThe Submachine is a body or a computer that sees humans as a disease that has infected it. The Portals are like the blood streams, and the net is the central nervous system of the Submachine. It needs to eradicate us or we will destroy it. Mur became stuck trying to infiltrate the net and then became stuck on the outside of it and was unable to go back into the entrance in Sub5. So he got you to go to the defense system via the front door and take out the defense, making the outer walls of the net collapse, allowing Mur in.
The Loop was its main way of eradicating us. The pedestal controls the DNA structure of the Loop. Dropping the leaf on it destroys the Loop, transporting you to the Lab as Mur calculated.
The Lighthouse and the Lab have been altered by Mur as safety nets for you and other humans.
This goes off of the fact that Mur is stuck on the edge of the subnet. Maybe he cloned himself and sent the clone back to the beginning and you are the clone. You are disposable to him as a clone, so that is why he has left you to die in the collapsing subnet. Also, maybe there are more clones who are leaving notes so you can piece it together and get to the subnet. Maybe Mur is also using more clones to help himself out of the Subnet as it collapses so Mur can have at least one copy of himself get out.

Team TheoryThe Submachine is essentially God. It created the world. Our dimension was its first completed one, however, it has probably created more undiscovered but complete dimensions. Mur is stupid and wishes to take out The submachine so he can take its place and reshape everything in his image. He must be stopped! However, you have failed and fallen for his trap. He has left you to die in Sub7 and you will have to fight for your life and stop him. However, there is another problem. The submachine sees you as a threat, and not Mur. This will make things a lot more complicated. So there is one question left: do you take out the SM and take its place to stop Mur, or will you not have the guts?

Clone TheoryAccording to Mur there are 4 Teams Team 1: Died in the ship due to an explosion. Team 2: Died in the tomb trap due to thirst. Team 3: Trapped in our dimension with their memories wiped. Team 4: Mur’s Team. Separated some of the members of this team had memory lost. You are one of the memories of this team with a faulty memory. You have been separated from Mur, and are possibly, other than Mur, the last member of the team still living in the SM. The other members of the team have left notes to help fellow members piece together info and help restore their memory. The Anti-SM army will strike from the remaining remnants of the teams put together who have been led by Mur to strike the Subnet as soon as you take out the defenses. This could leave you impaired or dead in the middle of the collapsing Subnet.
