I know this is an unlikely theory, but I might as well get feedback and information I don't know.
Evidence: Submachine 5: The root says that in it we travel to the first submachine in history. The model of the teleporter is very early compared to the next one we see, which is operated by numbers instead of cipher ships and has 10 possibilities for each of its 3 displays of numbers, therefore making the teleporter a possible submachine. Possible, but not very likely.
