Btw, why don't people vote theories? The session is still open!

Added "Suicide" note to the wiki, and updated reference in "The Void", I think we need to update "Predecessor" page and every other that refers to that note, because links to the old forum no longer work. Also it would be nice to put it in "The Mountain".

Great question...XD
It's at 42% according to whoever put it there which meaning you are making progress (unless that number is completely random). Good Luck!
42 is the answer to everything in the universe ;)

I voted on some theories yesterday (not all of them though).
How?
To my knowledge, "the plan" is the actual structure of the subnet. This says otherwise:
The plan was created by great architects
Balance is imperative; without it, total collapse and destruction is imminent.

What else could one infer from "who needs god when you have architects like that"?

One could infer that whatever/whoever created or is the subnet is the "architects." I never looked at that last part literally, simply because the idea that such a major part of the subnet was created solely by people is not very appealing to me (nor did that thought ever enter my mind). We must be very careful not to confuse something metaphorical as literal, vice versa. In the sub9 theories and suggestions on the old forum there quite a few pages on the note with the mention of Alexander and a knot. If I recall correctly it turned out to be a reference to the about Alexander the Great and the Gordian Knot. This: "who needs god when you have architects like that?" is, after all, a rhetorical question, so we must be more careful in deciding whether the mention of architects is only a metaphor or not.

So you're saying it is possible "architects" here is some non-descript, non-human, unkown party? What exactly? Aliens don't exist in Submachine and gods were just denied above. Also, I don't see how it is unlikely that they could do this? Don't you remember what they did just to bury the lighthouse?

This is funny though, it never crossed my mind not to take this literally.

Well the God could be the Person who was worship in Bamboo Town. Or Einstein could be, he does have that statue made in his honor in Layer 5.
