The plan was implied to have been created by great architects[3] who presumably belonged to the fourth dynasty. Presumably required technology such as the navigator and the beamers were created around the same time.

Read the note on Layer 7 when we first arrived - They worshipped her for her "godlike powers," I suppose (her technology being "powers.")
